"Queen Vic" Commission unveiled by Tommy Steele OBE
Barry Andrew's commission for the The Queen Victoria Seamen's Rest in Poplar, London was unveiled by former merchant seaman Tommy Steele OBE on 26 July 2013
The painting has been commissioned by "The Queen Vic" as it celebrates 170 years as a safe haven for seagoers and is emblematic of the mission's principles.
